Demonstrating Product-Market Fit and Building the Pitch to Generate the Funding to Start Full-Time Operations.

United Social Venture’s Build Package is designed for ventures seeking to validate their model’s product-market fit and generate the funding they require to start continuous, full-time operations in the marketplace.

The first half of the process is confirming which precise model makes the most sense to get started with. USV will create a document assess various possible different models for product-market fit, using its Social Venture Model Canvas tool and a SWOT analysis for each option. After you select the model you wish to focus on, then USV will create a document outlining quick tests to undertake to validate and refine this model.

This approach helps you make informed decisions and reduce the risk of wasting time and resources pursuing a business model that will not work. Once both you and USV are satisfied in the demonstrable product-market fit of the model – generally after a month of testing – then USV will begin work on a pitch deck and 2 page summary including:

This deck will ensure clarity about the future direction and meet the requirements for investment-readiness for pre-seed stage funders. At the end of the process, United Social Ventures will add the venture into it’s DealBook to assist with seeking financing to launch in the marketplace.

USV is a non-profit entity, so our pricing reflects that we don’t want finances to be a barrier to access to any worthy venture, but we do need to sustain activities and ensure your commitment to the process.
