The Impact
In Karamoja, North-Eastern Uganda, a total of 200 youth and women have been empowered with skills in mushroom growing and bee keeping. Half of the people trained by Bidi Eco Ventures are currently active producers, ensuring household income diversification and food security.
The Future
Bidi is currently working on establishing its brand in Uganda in order to be able to expand to more and more farmers from Karamoja.
